When I get stuck in the freezing cold lab for hours at a time, I take my iPod with me.  Without fail, if I am alone, within minutes I am singing along.  It's always loud because of the eleventy-billion servers in such a small acoustic place, but I wonder if the folks in the hallway working away on their science can hear me over the din of the machines. 

Hmmmm.  Curious.  I could always ask.  :)

This guy has modified his recent vintage Wrangler with a Biodiesel engine.  That is awesome. 

I'm pretty good at mechanical stuff, but I think I'd just end up destroying my car.

I am full of wit and wisdom today.  And after my long lunch with one of my French colleagues yesterday, I am bilingual as well.  

How you should interpret:  Today I can be full of myself in two languages instead of one.

The French Ecole - French For Beginners - French For Beginners - Lesson 1

Heading to Vermont either next week or the week after.  It's been forever since I visited Canada, and I'm feeling long overdue.  So, I will be taking a day or two trip up to Montreal; it's only an hour and a half drive.  This will be interesting since I am very bad at speaking French.  So, in honor of my adventurous jaunt to French-Canadia (sic), I'm listening to The French Ecole French Lessons.

I am very, very excited.

I separated both of my shoulders playing football.  Thank you, Mammoth-of-a-Man who decided it'd be okay to tank-roll a girl.  By the way, it's two-hand touch. 

Anyway, you should see me eat soup.  I want a video of it.  It's like I've impaled my brain right through the motor skills center.
